2006 COLT LEAGUE WORLD SERIES SCHEDULE

                LAFAYETTE, INDIANA  AUGUST 2-9

 

The series will be a ten team, two-division tournament that will follow the Olympic style

format. The ten teams, from the various PONY baseball zones and countries, participating

in this series have been separated into two divisions, the Red Division and the White Division.

 

Games will be played each day beginning August 2nd through August 7th. On August 8th,

there will be a semi-final round, with the winners of each division facing the second place

team from the other division. The winners of the semi-final games will meet in the

championship game on August 9th, at 7:00 p.m.  All games will be broadcast on the internet

by the Hoosier Sports Authority.

 

All times shown are Eastern Standard Time (EST).

 

White Division:

East Zone - Greensboro, North Carolina (NC)

South Zone - Tampa (Town & Country), Florida (FL)

Carribean Zone - Levittown, Puerto Rico (PR)

Asia Pacific - Dropped out so replaced by North runner-up - Bay County, Michigan (MI)

Host Area - Hoosier North, Indiana (IN)

 

Red Division:

North Zone - O'Fallon Missouri (MO)

European Zone - Slovakia

West Zone - Morgan Hill, California (CA)

Mexico - Mazatlan, Mexico (MX)

Host City - Lafayette, Indiana (IN)
