John Wedge Memorial Award 2009

John Wedge was an early and inspirational supporter of Morgan Hill Pony Baseball.  This award seeks to honor that player judged by their peers to be the most inspirational to the team over the course of the entire season.  The honor does not necessarily go to the player with the most skill, but to the teammate who best exemplifies the character strengths of persistence, optimism and inspiration that were hallmarks of the life of John Wedge.  Each team winner is selected by his or her teammates, presented with a certificate and publicized in the Morgan Hill Times.

Team Parent Checklist & Ideas

Snack Schedule

            * Prepare snack schedule for your team

            * Take your team's views to appropriate Board Members

            * Encourage parent attendance at Open Board Meetings

Coordinate Team Activities

            * Coordinate with Snack Shack for your teams Snack Shack duties
